Chicago goes for another title tomorrow
How cold is it in our fair city? Brutally so. We’re staring at the flesh-freezing, booger-hardening, ball-retracting, reality of a high temperature of zero degrees for tomorrow.
Sure, the Bears are in the Super Bowl, but just as important is the fact that we have a chance at breaking a temperature record tomorrow! Chicago hasn’t seen a max temperature this low since 1918. Consider how long ago that was–”Classy” Fred Blassie was born that month. Moscow was named the capital of Soviet Russia only weeks later. The Cubs played (and lost) in the World Series that year. 2007 is our year! Bring on the 35-below windchills! Go climate! Bear down, Chicago cold!
