Chicago Rocked Day Two: Progress Report

Asking for money to back an artistic project or vision is a ballsy proposition.  Ramping up to it, I had the same level of nerves I’d normally associate with asking someone way out of one’s league out on a date, or walking into a job interview that just had to be nailed.  Thankfully, early response has been positive and enthusiastic, and I even got a few online mentions yesterday on these fine websites:

Coming soon is an appearance on Q101’s “Local 101,” the show that essentially allowed this book to happen in the first place.  Thanks to Chris Payne and Jaime Black for reaching out to me before I had to go groveling to them.  More on that once a date is locked down.

The saga continues.  Please help spread the word!
